We stand behind our products and guarantee that they will fit your vehicle. If your order is approved and the product does not fit, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Fitment Guarantee Overview
Our rims are designed to bolt on without interfering with OEM brakes, suspension, or body components. Rims that require hub-centric rings or different wheel nuts/bolts are still considered a proper fit.
To Qualify for Our Fitment Guarantee, You Must:
- Select your vehicle information from the drop-down menus available in the search by car section. Ensure that the vehicle description aligns with your manual, as it may differ from your markings.
- Purchase a complete set of wheels.
- Provide any modifications made to your vehicle such as lowered springs, coil overs, fender flares, big brake kits etc…
- Failure to provide accurate vehicle information or skipping the Fitment Check during your order will result in the inapplicability of our Fitment Guarantee.
Fitment Verification Process
Upon receiving your order, our fitment team will prioritise checking compatibility using various methods and manufacturer databases. If the products ordered are found incompatible with your vehicle, you will be notified and offered alternative options. If you wish to proceed with your original order despite the findings, it will be shipped with a disclaimer stating it is a final sale, with no returns or exchanges accepted.
Important Considerations
- It is the customer's responsibility to verify that the vehicle information is correct before placing an order to qualify for the Fitment Guarantee.
- Due to mechanical wear and tear, tires and/or wheels may not fit as intended. We reserve the right to deny fitment claims based on our experience and available manufacturer data. In such cases, we may request photographs to assess the fitment issue on a case-by-case basis.
Denial of Fitment Guarantee Claims
Your claim for the Fitment Guarantee may be denied under the following circumstances:
- The vehicle information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or incorrect.
- The vehicle is not listed at the time of order placement.
- The vehicle is listed as compatible by the manufacturer, yet you or the installer claim it does not fit.
- A manufacturer representative qualifies the product as suitable for your vehicle, but you or the installer assert that it does not fit.
- The order was not approved for the Fitment Guarantee and was shipped with a corresponding disclaimer.
- The order was approved based on previous orders for the same vehicle and product, but the fit was affected by mechanical wear and tear.
Responsibility for Order Handling
Please note that you are responsible for the safe handling of any order under our Fitment Guarantee policy. If an order is returned and we determine the product was damaged, this will void the Fitment Guarantee. Refunds will then be processed according to our return policy.
